About
A two-person team with a specific problem to solve.
Dispo is built by Phil D'Avanzo and Warren Keyes as an independent product under WP Innovations LLC. We each own half.
Both of us spent years in the Gulf Coast industrial-waste world from different angles — Warren on the hauler side (vacuum trucks, frac tanks, roll-offs, disposal), Phil on the generator side (strategic development at a waste-and-industrial-services company). We kept noticing the same thing: every job starts with a text message thread and ends in a billing dispute.
The written Terms Record is the product. Everything else — the reverse-auction bidding, the credential verification, the idle-asset marketplace, the generator dashboards — exists to create the one time-stamped moment where scope and price are agreed in writing. That's what fixes the disputes, what makes regulator reports honest, and what lets a generator confidently work with a hauler they've never met.
We're launching in Houston metro and the Golden Triangle because that's where we have the networks and the failure modes are most familiar. We'll expand geographies when the product's earned it — not before.
Phil D'Avanzo
Handles the product + the generator side. Lives in Texas. Builds Dispo between a day job in strategic development and feeding a dog named George.
Warren Keyes
Handles the hauler side + GTM. Knows the Gulf Coast hauler roster by first name and owns relationships with most of them.
Who Dispo is not
- Not a waste broker. We don't take title, don't arrange disposal, don't sign manifests. Details.
- Not a trucking company. We don't own vehicles or equipment.
- Not a subsidiary of anyone. WP Innovations LLC is independent. Phil has a separate day job; that company isn't a partner or owner.
- Not VC-funded. Self-funded for now; we don't owe anyone a growth story we can't honestly tell.
